Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to various departments within the organization.
  • Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
  • Support the scheduling and organization of meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and maintain essential documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Oversee the management of office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
  • Maintain and update databases and filing systems efficiently.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in both English and Korean, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in administrative positions, ideally within a Korean multinational corporation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • A positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
