Office Administration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to various departments within the organization.
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Support the scheduling and organization of meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and maintain essential documents, reports, and presentations.
- Oversee the management of office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
- Maintain and update databases and filing systems efficiently.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Fluency in both English and Korean, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in administrative positions, ideally within a Korean multinational corporation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- A positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
