Accounts Administration Specialist
This role is centered around supporting the accounts payable process, which includes preparing requisition forms and generating purchase orders. The position also entails entering job-related information into the JDE system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Key responsibilities include monitoring supplier invoices, updating existing purchase orders, and gathering financial documents necessary for payment processing.
In addition, the Accounts Administration Specialist will be tasked with creating purchase orders for freelancers, managing incoming mail and documents, overseeing office supply inventory, and organizing operational paperwork as required. The role further encompasses invoicing duties, collaborating with various departments, preparing financial reports, and assisting with the month-end closing procedures and budgeting activities.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently
