We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at PERSOL Singapore. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including preparing and checking documents, translating simple documents, and entering data into our database.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and check documents for data integrity and to comply with security policies
• Translate simple documents
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Enter data into database and upload files and forms
• Process to requests for information and access relevant files
• Monitor clients' remittance status and account balance
• Prepare and send clients' invoices and follow up payments
• Respond promptly to correspond inquiries and request on a timely manner

Requirements:

• Business level Japanese to communicate with Japanese customers in Japan
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Some admin or clerical experience
• Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidentiality
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
