The Role

The Accounting & Administrative Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the overall financial and administrative operations of the Singapore office. This position requires a strong presence in the office for 3-4 days per week and a location in Singapore with the ability to commute to the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable invoices and create payments
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining medical records, coordinating site-specific trainings, and updating training records
  • Assist with office administration tasks, such as arranging couriers and managing office supplies
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or relevant experience in accounting
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administration role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and proactive attitude
