Job Title: Core Banking Transformation Specialist

This is a pivotal role in driving project governance and ensuring alignment between business and technology stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and milestone trackers to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and steering committees to achieve strategic goals.
  • Track and report progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with business analysts, architects, and vendor teams to deliver high-quality results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
  • Korean-speaking candidates preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
Benefits:

  • Strong understanding of project governance frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
