Job Description:

This role focuses on driving business outcomes through effective collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring that requirements are aligned with core banking processes. The Business Transformation Specialist will lead requirement elicitation workshops, analyze existing documentation, and develop high-quality business requirements documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  • Lead and facilitate requirement elicitation through workshops, interviews, and analysis of existing documentation
  • Develop BRDs and FRDs, including Temenos-specific BRDs when applicable
  • Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments to determine functional and technical changes needed
  • Act as the liaison between business teams, development teams, and other technical stakeholders
  • Support core banking transformation, upgrade, and migration projects
  • Coordinate test case creation, test execution, and defect management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires a strong understanding of core banking domains and processes, including Temenos expertise and hands-on experience with core banking platforms. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies is also essential. Additionally, strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
