Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Banking Transformation Specialist. This role will play a critical part in driving strategic banking transformation initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FIS's ACBS solution and Oracle Flexcube, as well as strong domain knowledge in lending and CASA products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment. They will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Additionally, they will translate business needs into detailed system specifications for ACBS and Flexcube platforms.

The Banking Transformation Specialist will also conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing lending and CASA processes. They will support solution design, testing strategy, and implementation planning. Furthermore, they will facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and UAT sessions with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
  • Proven experience with FIS ACBS and Oracle Flexcube platforms
  • Strong domain knowledge in lending (corporate and retail) and CASA products
  • Familiarity with core banking transformation projects and system integration
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
