Transformation Expert for Banking Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Expert to join our team and drive the implementation of cutting-edge banking solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing large-scale transformation projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of transformation strategies
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Design and implement comprehensive testing frameworks to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Configure and validate customized Temenos T24 functionalities to meet client needs
  • Develop clear and concise technical documentation for internal and client-facing audiences

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical consultancy and expert services, preferably with Temenos T24 software within a banking environment
  • Demonstrated successful delivery of end-to-end T24 Core Banking and/or Wealth Suite transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of T24 architecture and design principles
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of the following T24 modules: Securities and Corporate Actions, Derivatives (DX), Structured Products (SY), Treasury Modules (MM, FX, and Swaps)
  • Practical experience in T24 upgrades, TAFC to TAFJ migrations, and performance tuning
  • Working knowledge of UNIX, AS400, and NT operating systems, with an understanding of disk structures
