Job DescriptionThe Senior Business Solutions Expert will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, translating these requirements into comprehensive use cases, workflows, and logic definitions. They will also create and review basic design, detailed design, test plans, scenarios, and cases.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience deploying applications across multiple branches using centralized systems, as well as experience in requirement definition and system design from scratch. Leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams is essential, as well as involvement in mission-critical systems implementation for large enterprises.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Over 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain system
- Proven ability to create high-quality business requirement documents (e.g., BRD, FRD, Traceability matrix) with end users
- Hands-on experience deploying applications across multiple branches using centralized systems
- Experience in requirement definition and system design from scratch
- Leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams
- Involvement in mission-critical systems implementation for large enterprises
