Digital Transformation Expert

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing business operations and systems within the banking sector, focusing on areas such as FX, Money Market (MM), Derivatives, Bonds, GIRO, and FAST.
The scope of systems includes: core banking, back-office, information systems, front-office, and regulatory reporting systems, covering the entire spectrum of banking operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and assess technical feasibility from both business and system perspectives.
- Design solutions that meet business needs while ensuring technical viability.
- Coordinate with system stakeholders in Japan, Singapore, and other APAC regions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage time, communication, risks, and tasks within your area of responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in requirements definition and business analysis as a Business Analyst.
- Knowledge and practical experience in at least one of the following areas: Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market (MM), Derivatives, FAST/GIRO.
