Salesforce Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned transformation expert to spearhead our Salesforce-powered initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and project management skills to drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions across the organization.

  • Lead and manage Salesforce-driven transformation projects from inception to deployment.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for CRM innovation and process optimization.
  • Drive the development and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Oversee and mentor Salesforce project teams including developers, administrators, analysts, and external consultants.
  • Ensure project milestones, timelines, and quality standards are met while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
  • Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business analysis: gathering and documenting requirements, stakeholder engagement, and solution recommendation.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platform.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, or PMP/Agile certification preferred.
