We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Specialist to drive core banking implementation and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring seamless delivery across Temenos Transact (T24) modules.
The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for T24 implementations. It also entails conducting gap analysis, preparing functional specifications aligned with T24 modules, mapping AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, and defining functional workflows.
In this position, you will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to align solutions. You will also support UAT, test case design, and issue resolution, as well as assist in go-live and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and analyze business requirements for T24 implementations.
- Conduct gap analysis and prepare functional specifications aligned with T24 modules.
- Map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and define functional workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure alignment of solutions.
- Support UAT, test case design, and issue resolution.
- Assist in go-live and post-implementation support.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in core banking projects.
- Strong knowledge of Temenos T24 (AA, Lending, Funds).
