Transforming Core Banking Processes

Our team is seeking a skilled Core Banking Transformation Specialist to join a high-impact project that requires expertise in core banking processes and hands-on Temenos experience. This opportunity offers the chance to work on large-scale core banking initiatives with exposure to cutting-edge technology and complex business requirements.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to gather, document, and validate requirements for core banking modules, including accounts, payments, loans, deposits, and interest.
- Create high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), emphasizing Temenos-specific documentation standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across development, testing, and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
- Support end-to-end project activities, including data migration, cutover, and go-live preparation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of proven track record as a Business Analyst in core banking projects, with hands-on Temenos Transact experience (modules, TIM methodology, and certifications).
- Familiarity with OTMS, DATAPLATFORM, Integration Layer is an advantage.
- Experience in core banking transformation, upgrades, or migrations, ideally across multiple delivery methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
- Good knowledge of financial regulations such as Basel III, MiFID II, PSD2, AML/KYC, FATCA, and experience embedding compliance requirements into solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
