Core Banking Transformation Expert

About this Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive digital transformation initiatives in core banking domains.
This individual will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations while optimizing core banking processes.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in core banking and hands-on experience with Temenos modules and TIM methodology.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and documenting core banking processes
- Leading requirement elicitation via workshops, gap analysis, and impact assessments
- Developing BRDs/FRDs and aligning solutions with regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in core banking domains
- Hands-on Temenos experience (modules, TIM methodology)
- Proven ability to write BRDs/FRDs
