Senior Core Banking Transformation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-impact transformation program with our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale core banking initiatives with exposure to cutting-edge technology and complex business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate requirements for core banking modules including accounts, payments, loans, deposits, and interest.
- Create high-quality business requirements documents and functional requirements documents with emphasis on Temenos-specific documentation standards.
- Partner with stakeholders to conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Support end-to-end project activities including data migration, cutover, and go-live preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in core banking projects with hands-on Temenos Transact experience.
- Familiarity with OTMS, DATAPLATFORM, Integration Layer is a strong advantage.
- Experience in core banking transformation, upgrades, or migrations ideally across multiple delivery methodologies.
- Good knowledge of financial regulations such as Basel III, MiFID II, PSD2, AML/KYC, FATCA, and experience embedding compliance requirements into solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
