Expert Core Banking Transformation Professional

We are seeking an experienced Banking Transformation Leader to lead our core banking transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in functional consulting and experience working with core banking systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee functional analysis and solution design for core banking systems
- Create proposals, review, refine, and present solutions to stakeholders
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to ensure timely delivery
- Manage requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation (BRD, FSD, UAT plans)
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance
- SUPPport SIT/UAT cycles and post-go-live stabilization
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or related field
- 5–12 years of experience in core banking transformation or functional consulting
- Strong knowledge of platforms like Temenos, Finacle, CGI, or Flexcube
- Proven experience in vendor management and project execution
- Familiarity with BPMN, API integrations, and system architecture
