**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (15+ years) in business architecture, strategy, or transformation roles within the banking / financial sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Knowledge & experience of industry-specific challenges, especially in banking or financial services.
- Knowledge & experience of core banking systems, financial products, and services.
- Familiarity with risk management, compliance, and anti-money laundering (AML) practices
- Insights into customer-centric strategies and digital banking innovations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
