As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through digital transformation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, service management, marketing automation technologies, and CRM presales.

You will leverage your technical expertise to assist clients in evaluating CRM solutions effectively.

This role offers the opportunity to accelerate career growth, enhance business acumen, refine selling skills, and become proficient in deal structuring.

You will act as a pre-sales consultant for your assigned workload, collaborating with specialists, customer success teams, partners, and engineering teams.

Your responsibilities include designing/architecting solutions, delivering industry-aligned demonstrations, engaging partners for co-selling, and supporting specialists in finalizing proposals.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 6 years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Additional qualifications include expertise in cloud and hybrid infrastructures, experience with Enterprise Customer Engagement platforms like Salesforce, and a strong track record in solution pre-sales and competitive displacement.

In this position, you will engage with decision-makers, advance the sales pipeline by qualifying deals, developing strategies, and refining business processes.
