Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

As a Senior Customer Service Officer at MINISTRY OF SCALP THERAPY PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals to provide top-notch service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure they meet quality and productivity standards for exceptional customer experiences
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of new and existing team members
  • Collaborating with senior management to design and implement procedures that prioritize customer satisfaction
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors and customers with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and monitoring appointments
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Implementing and improving customer retention strategies
  • Creating a positive and welcoming environment for customers
  • Providing support in other areas as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientation and a passion for serving others
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Digital literacy and basic computer skills
  • Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus
