Delivering Exceptional Customer Service
As a Senior Customer Service Officer at MINISTRY OF SCALP THERAPY PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals to provide top-notch service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure they meet quality and productivity standards for exceptional customer experiences
- Developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of new and existing team members
- Collaborating with senior management to design and implement procedures that prioritize customer satisfaction
- Welcoming and assisting visitors and customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintaining accurate customer records and monitoring appointments
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Implementing and improving customer retention strategies
- Creating a positive and welcoming environment for customers
- Providing support in other areas as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in customer service
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation and a passion for serving others
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Digital literacy and basic computer skills
- Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus
