We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Officer to join our team at BOLLORE LOGISTICS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the seafreight industry.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with customers' Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- Liaise with overseas agents and carriers to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that may arise
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including LCL and FCL documentation
- Coordinate with import and export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing
- Liaise and coordinate with carriers, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
- Provide quotations and arrange for the packing and labelling of Dangerous Goods
- Responsible for closing of files every month and DG declaration from time to time
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding (airfreight/seafreight)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
