Customer Service Officer

As a Customer Service Officer at Mind Body and Passion PTE. LTD., you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Key responsibilities include attending to incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in clients with care and empathy, as well as managing office administrative tasks such as receiving and directing mail/packages, making trips to the post office, and performing basic Microsoft Office tasks. If you have a warm personality, good communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in front desk reception duties or a sports setting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Attend to incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in clients
- Manage office administrative tasks such as receiving and directing mail/packages
- Perform basic Microsoft Office tasks
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to read, write, and converse in English
- Warm personality with good customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Able to work independently
- Good team player with initiative
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:
- 2 years' experience in front desk reception duties
- Relevant reception/management experience in a sports setting
- Experience with administrative work using basic MS Office (Word, Excel)
Location
