As a Branch Senior Customer Service Officer at BANK OF CHINA LIMITED, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless branch operations. Key responsibilities include verifying customer signatures, checking teller transactions, and managing queue waiting times.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify customer signatures and ensure accuracy
- Conduct regular teller transactions checks
- Manage queue waiting times to meet customer expectations
- Solve customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner
- Prepare and review reports to ensure compliance
- Identify and report suspicious transactions
- SUPERVISE staff and conduct regular training sessions to enhance job knowledge
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above
- At least 3 years of working experience in a retail branch
- Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Able to work on Saturdays
