This is an exciting new opportunity with a reputable local bank.


Duration: 12mths renewable with 1 mth bonus

  • 5.5day
  • Branch hours. Additional Info-

Normal Banking hours: 8.10am – 5pm

Evening Banking hours:9.40am – 6.30p

  • 5 and a half day work week (off day in lieu): Rotational – 4 week cycle/ 6 week cycle

Important to note: There will be 3 week training at DBS Asia Hub (Changi office) and a senior colleague will be assigned to coach you for the first few weeks at Branch.


Job duties:

  • Attend to walk-in customers
  • Handle over-the-counter transactions in an efficient and accurate manner (including cash deposits and withdrawals)
  • Assist in customers’ enquiries and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
  • Prospect and introduce customers to the bank’s products and services
  • Educate and migrate customers towards the digital platform
  • Drive service excellence in the area of customer satisfaction – customer wait time, problem resolution and customer feedback/ escalation/ complaint
  • Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to management in a timely manner
  • ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • contribute to self and team effort by accomplishing related results
