Client Service Manager

As a Client Service Manager - Transaction Banking at OCBC Bank, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate responses to queries received from various stakeholders. This includes managing exceptions and escalations related to cash management and trade products, performing service setup and maintenance for Transaction Banking products, and providing input on process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure timely and accurate response to queries from BBCSC, branches, and internal departments on cash management and trade products
* Manage exceptions and escalation on cash management and trade-related production issues to address customer feedback promptly
* Perform and verify service setup and maintenance for Transaction Banking products
* Collaborate closely with various parties, including front office and supporting departments, to achieve operational effectiveness
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in banking and familiarity with the Bank's core systems (eCube, SignPlus, WFI etc)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Good command of spoken and written business English
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team and possess initiative
* Good organizational and analytical skills, with ability to multitask and self-motivate
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with basic knowledge of Cash Management products
Estimated Salary Range: SGD 50,000 - SGD 70,000 per annum
