Assistant Client Service Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Client Service Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling account opening, deposit, withdrawal, and other issues for high-net-worth clients. You will also be responsible for following up and tracking account transactions, receiving and understanding client needs and potential needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle account opening, deposit, withdrawal, and other issues for high-net-worth clients
- Follow up and track account transactions, receive and understand client needs and potential needs
- Assist manager in coordinating internal resources to meet client needs
- Manage daily operations, administration, client care, and relationship management
- Ad-hoc projects, reporting, and other operational duties as assigned
- Work closely with managers and internal stakeholders to deliver a superior client servicing experience
- Develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
- Customize client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings, etc.)
Requirements:
- Passionate about client servicing with situational adaptability
- Highly service-oriented and passionate about client servicing
- Excellent communication skills, friendly and professional communication attitude
- Systematic, precise, and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressure
- A strong understanding of equities, bonds, futures, etc. in the region
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, as you will work closely with Chinese stakeholders based in China
- 1-3 years of work experience, with strong data processing and analysis skills
- Ability to multitask
