Assistant Client Service Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling account opening, deposit, withdrawal, and other issues for high-net-worth clients. They will also be responsible for following up and tracking account transactions, receiving and understanding client needs, and assisting managers in coordinating internal resources to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities- Handle account opening, deposit, withdrawal, and other issues for high-net-worth clients
- Follow up and track account transactions, receive and understand client needs
- Assist managers in coordinating internal resources to meet client needs
- Manage daily operations, administration, client care, and relationship management
- Ad-hoc projects, reporting, and other operational duties as assigned
- Work closely with managers and internal stakeholders to deliver a superior client servicing experience
- Develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
- Customize client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings, etc.)
- Passionate about client servicing with situational adaptability
- Highly service-oriented and passionate about client servicing
- Excellent communication skills, friendly and professional communication attitude
- Systematic, precise, and diligent working style and ability to perform under pressure
- Strong understanding of equities, bonds, futures, etc. in the region
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, required to work closely with Chinese stakeholders based in China
- 1-3 years of work experience, with strong data processing and analysis skills
- Ability to multitask
