Client Servicing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our team at Ebury. As a key member of our front-line support desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our major corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily operational and trading assistance to clients, including payment queries, currency-specific banking/payment requirements, and product awareness.
- Manage client relationships, including relationship management, client service, and internal/client-facing reporting and data analysis.
- Work closely with internal departments to find solutions and resolve client issues.
- Assist clients in all stages of the relationship, from early-stage integration/onboarding to daily trade booking/support.
- Presentations and live client demos/training as necessary.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to excel within a busy client-facing environment with significant monthly workload peaks.
- Commercial awareness and ability to promote the company offering.
- Eye for detail and ability to manage different types and nature of enquiry simultaneously.
- Drive to solve problems and ability to 'get stuck in'.
