Client Service Manager

Major Duties :1. Tracks IOO service and delivery results against service level descriptions, monitoring service and delivery through client reviews, internal and external surveys, specific client feedback, consultant feedback.
2. Maintains IOO service and delivery issues log, drives accountability and closure of issues in a timely manner.
3. Provides appropriate escalation of service & delivery and other relevant issues and opportunities to CSDMs, IOO operations and/or internal stakeholders.
4. Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
5. May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management
6. Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees
7. May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)
8. More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas
9. Delivers a work product that requires less revision
10. Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions
Knowledge :Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
Analytical and problem solving skills are required / preferred
Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Peoplesoft) is required / preferred
Experience :A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred.
Related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA) / or studying towards, is preferred
