Senior Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Officer to join our team at TELE-CENTRE SERVICES PTE LTD. As a key member of our call centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve business processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a contact centre or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
