Job Title: Workforce Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Strategist to join our team.

  • Plan and coordinate staffing levels across various shifts, roles, and special projects.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand staffing needs.
Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Planning: Develop and implement workforce plans to meet business objectives.
  • Scheduling and Optimization: Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor attendance, overtime, and prepare staffing reports.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Work with the recruitment team to fill open positions and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all staffing plans adhere to employment laws and monitor overtime compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine staffing planning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align staffing plans with company goals and budgets.
Requirements:

Education:

  • Min GCE O Level

Experience:

  • 1 year(s) of relevant working experience preferred

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, ADP, or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR policies
