Job Description

Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives to drive business outcomes, aligning talent ecosystems with evolving priorities. This critical role integrates demand forecasting, workforce rationalization, and operational workforce planning to ensure sustainable, future-ready talent structures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing actionable workforce models from projected demand signals, designing fulfillment strategies to optimize cycle times and minimize vacancy-to-deployment ratios.
  • Rationalizing workforce composition across permanent, contingent, and gig ecosystems to maximize agility and cost efficiency, driving optimization of pyramid structures and workforce fungibility.
  • Defining workforce operating parameters to ensure seamless delivery, establishing governance metrics across fulfillment velocity, unit cost economics, and workforce readiness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 12+ years in workforce planning, demand fulfillment, talent strategy, or related areas within large, complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize workforce rationalization frameworks at scale.
  • Strong analytical orientation with expertise in workforce analytics, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with executive-level influence capabilities.
