We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized administrative professional to provide comprehensive support to the Top Management.
The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail.
This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and prioritize meetings and appointments, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Organize and attend meetings, take detailed minutes (when applicable), and ensure prompt and accurate dissemination of communications from Senior Management to internal and external parties.
- Manage expenses and vendors, including purchase orders and invoices.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for the Top Management, including itinerary planning, accommodation, and transportation.
- Provide clear and strong verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external parties.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
- Relevant experience supporting senior management.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle and manage multiple projects at once.
