Administration Officer

Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and operational support to the team
- Provide occasional secretarial support to the management
- Liaise with external parties such as fund compliance, fund administrator, auditor and other vendors
- Maintain administration filling database and records
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Minimum 2 year relevant working experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS office
- Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills
- Proactive, strong ethics, cheerful and good sense of responsibility
- Able to work in dynamic and fast-moving environment
- Fresh Graduate / less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
