Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our restaurant operations team. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong understanding of food service operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving business growth within the F&B industry.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for mentoring, training, and motivating restaurant staff, fostering a high-performance culture and empowering them to achieve their full potential.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor, train, and motivate restaurant staff, fostering a high-performance culture and empowering them to achieve their full potential.
  • Regularly monitor and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our restaurant's unique selling propositions and market positioning to effectively communicate our value.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in the F&B sales industry, with a strong understanding of its unique challenges, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales within the F&B industry, demonstrating success in selling to restaurants, cafes, hotels, or food service providers.
  • Essential catering experience is mandatory for this role.
  • Experience with POS systems is a plus.
