Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description

The Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee the overall shift responsibilities and ensure the smooth running of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing profitability, controlling costs, maintaining product quality, and delivering exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage outlet profitability by effectively controlling costs, motivating staff, and ensuring high standards of product quality and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of service quality by continuously evaluating operations and suggesting improvements.
  • Ensure effective cost management, recruitment, development, and retention of staff in the outlet.
  • Prepare pre-service meetings, evaluate operations, and implement suggestions for improvement.
  • Enforce hygiene regulations and maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong coaching skills with a focus on leadership abilities.
  • Quality control expertise with experience in restaurants and inventory management.
  • Sanitation and cashiering skills with a background in hospitality.
  • Customer satisfaction and customer service expertise with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivating and developing staff.
