We Are Looking For
An exceptional Client Engagement Specialist to join our team at The Mosaic Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting our business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and loyalty.
- Scheduling: Manage complex schedules and appointments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing events, including client appreciation activities and team-building initiatives.
- Communication: Professionally manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence to maintain open lines of communication.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and prepare reports as needed.
- General Assistance: Provide day-to-day support to the manager in all operational matters, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or local diploma required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude and ability to multitask effectively.
