Cycling Without Age Singapore (CWAS) is a registered Singapore Charity with IPC status. Our single purpose is to fight social isolation amongst seniors in the Singapore community and whenever possible, we will also engage seniors to deliver the CWAS services.
The Client Engagement Service Executive is responsible for the day-to-day operational support of CWAS services.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Act as a focal point for all service-related queries and issues
- Actively collect beneficiaries' feedback and help implement continuous service delivery improvements Actively support communication and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Effectively collaborates with other team members for organisational support needed in running the service
- Notify/escalate critical issues to management
- Track data such as feedback surveys, expenditures, etc and generate reports and share analysis of reporting data to relevant audiences such as funders, donors, other key stakeholders
- Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategise to grow the service together with the rest of the organisation
- Other administrative and clerical work related to trishaw services
Technical Competencies
- Diploma or Degree holders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Competency in a 2nd language is advantageous but not compulsory
Core Competencies
- Able to work in a fluid and flexible environment
- Able to interpret and execute on schedules and action plans
- Have experience with evidence-based impact of success in programme coordination or service delivery
- Have solid organisational skills, including multi-tasking and time management
- Have strong client-facing and teamwork skills with a demonstrated capacity to work across a range of age and other socio demographic backgrounds in a productive manner.
