Job Opportunity: Client Engagement Specialist

The Wealth Solutions Client Engagement team is a key function within the organization, responsible for marketing wealth management capabilities to clients across various segments. The team drives impactful marketing content and provides insights that help strengthen client relationships and drive business growth across both online and offline channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the team in conducting data-driven analysis and facilitating effective decision-making.
  • Drive for a differentiated and consistent client experience across the wealth and retail banking client segments.
  • Support the execution of wealth client engagement campaigns, events, and client communications through an omni-channel approach.
  • Track client engagement metrics and recommend initiatives to increase market share and target opportunities.
  • Analyse client feedback and propose service enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience in client onboarding, engagement, and execution of initiatives that deepen client relationships.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and techniques.
