As a client engagement program manager your core job is to establish and manage governance activities, and work to strengthen relationships with client decision-makers and influencers. You manage and track the client engagement program from initial discovery and all the way to execution.

On occasion, you take on the role of a client engagement specialist and engage with transaction banking clients and internal stakeholders to identify mutually achievable outcomes, growth opportunities and generate a point-of-view. You then take the outcome of this initial discovery work all the way to execution either via new solution build or aligning existing solutions with client needs.

This role is situated within the Partnerships and Innovation function and situated in Citi Innovation Lab, Singapore reporting directly to Global Head of Client Engagement & Asia Innovation.

You are
- A Business Analyst: You can create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
- ** A **Program** Manager**: Extensive experience in managing design-led programs for high profile clients.
- ** A communicator**: Demonstrated communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and all levels of an organization
- ** A Design Thinking and/or Service Design Specialist**:Highly skilled group facilitator with a wealth of experience leading multi-disciplinary groups through such activities as strategic planning, journey mapping, issue resolution, brainstorming, and requirements gathering/definition.
- ** Innovative**: Not afraid to challenge the status quo, question assumptions and generate new ideas by looking at opportunities from multiple angles.
- ** Commercially focused**: Has a strong sense of commercial value both for clients and for Citi and can create value propositions that translate between these.
- ** Curious by nature**: Open to learning and exploring new information and practices; interested in understanding how things work.
- ** Flexible**: Remains engaged during stressful situations brought on by ambiguity and conflict.

Key responsibilities (not limited to)
- ** P**lan** projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure projects meet deadlines
- ** C**ollaborat**e** with the Head of Client Engagement, design thinking specialists, product managers, developers, and researchers on projects throughout the lifecycle
- ** M**anage** critical functions of the team, including prioritizing requests, defining goals and milestones, and facilitating client recruitment efforts
- ** D**evelop** processes and workflows to reflect client engagement process stages that allow the team to effectively scale as it grows
- ** Create and maintain** an accurate and comprehensive plan reflecting the Program’s roadmap
- ** Drive** the planning and coordinating project scope, schedule, launch and communication strategy, risks and mitigations, training strategy, milestones and resource needs
- ** Oversee** vendor engagements and partnerships (if any)
- ** Provide leadership and operational excellence** across the team to deliver the highest level of trust-building and strategic counsel through all project interactions
- ** Identify** team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, and asset management, driving required changes to make sure that the work is done at optimum efficiency
- ** Measure** the near and long term impact of client engagement activities and communicate effectively via status reporting

Qualifications and Education:

- Minimum 7+ years’ experience as a program manager or project manager
- Experience collaborating with corporate clients, design thinking specialists, product managers and technical individuals
- Master's degree (preferred) from a recognized university, with specialization in**Job Family Group**:
