**Position Summary and Objective**:
The TTS Singapore Sales Head is responsible for leading our TTS client growth strategy for all client segments in** Singapore** (and globally for Singaporean Corporates), driving revenue generation while delivering an exceptional client experience. The role is also responsible for leading our TTS Client growth strategy with the Citi Commercial Bank segment.
In partnership with the TTS Product, Corporate Banking, CCB and Markets organizations, the role is responsible to drive cross-product client solutions including integrated cash management, working capital and trade finance solutions. The role is responsible for driving new client acquisition and wallet penetration across all our client segments, namely Corporate, Commercial, and Public Sector, Financial Institutions and Technology, Communications and Gaming.
The role is a senior management-level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team of solution sales professionals whose focus is consultative sales of cash management and trade value propositions for working capital and operational efficiencies for the ICG target market in Singapore. A good understanding of the industry, direct competitors' products and services, is also necessary in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business.
The TTS proposition is very comprehensive comprising payments, receivables and liquidity management, commercial cards, domestic and cross-border trade, supply chain financing and information services. The TTS Sales team partners with the Coverage, Product, Client Delivery and Operations teams to increase the TTS product uptake by Citi’s customer base.
The successful applicant will manage a team of sales managers and will be expected to build senior-level relationships with key clients, internal and external business partners and industry contacts besides proactively identify, develop new opportunities and provide the TTS organization locally and globally with a dynamic partnership that will facilitate our business goals.
**The positions reports into the Singapore Head of Treasury & Trade Solutions as well as the Asia Pacific Corporate, Commercial and Public Sector Sales Head.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Developing and executing a client-centric strategy that drives increased TTS market share and client revenue growth through the provision of value-added TTS products and an exceptional client experience.
- Drive client value through an evolved appreciation of emerging client needs, shifting business models and ensuring that the Asia Pacific markets develop capabilities to lead.
- Determine and deliver the sales strategy/ plan of the business in conjunction with the TTS Head and Regional TTS Sales Heads
- Develop and lead the execution of a client focused strategy for sales origination, pipeline development, customer revenue growth and retention
- Meet all Sales Management goals tied to pipeline management (CRM), Deal Review and Implementation Project Kick-Offs
- Partnering with our Marketing organization to continue to position Citi as the pre-eminent Treasury & Trade Solutions institution in the market, as reflected in key external industry accolades.
- Global accountability for Singapore client revenue growth, client experience and a strong sales discipline and client engagement cadence.
- Responsible for actively calling on clients in partnership with Banking to deepen relationships, proactively owning, responding to and anticipating future needs, challenges or risks, in addition to identifying and pursuing new clients aligned with Citi’s value proposition.
- Attract, retain, and motivate a team, along with responsibility for managing a budget and meeting team sales goals
- Drive the sales function with internal and external stakeholders. Leverage existing work streams in eco-systems, digitization, automation, etc to showcase Citi’s leadership in this area.
