**What you’ll be doing**:
The Inside Sales team will identify, manage, and support new client growth across a large segment of our Corporate Bank clients, harnessing data and digital marketing. As the Region Lead for the TTS Inside Sales function, you will be responsible for:
- Executing the new Inside Sales strategy in region; in coordination with the Global Inside Sales Head.
- Championing the use of new tools, data sets and processes to identify and action high quality opportunities and leads.
- Ensuring professional delivery of targeted sales campaigns and client origination efforts
- Focusing self, team and partners on key metrics of lead generation, calling intensity and origination.
- Managing the Inside Sales Team in region - through the phases of evolution - from new team set up through to maturity.
- Pipeline conversion - driving increased wins, revenue and market share for TTS through the sale of Cash Management, Trade and Working Capital solutions to this population of underpenetrated clients.
- Alignment with our country and cluster partners (in the Corporate Bank, Regional Product and Market Management) to coordinate and drive growth across identified client opportunities.
- Tracking and reporting progress against performance goals, and creation of a feedback loop for best practices sharing and lessons learned.
- Celebrating success and driving reward and recognition efforts across the direct and extended team.
**What we are looking for**:
- Proven track record in a similar role and tested managerial experience
- In-depth knowledge of Transaction Banking and client needs, with a passion for helping clients grow
- Experience converting sales strategy into coordinated regional action plans - and measuring and reporting outcomes.
- Advanced marketing and selling skills, along with a customer centric mind-set
- Proven track record in sales of cash management, trade and working capital solutions
- Ability to manage and synthesize large data sets to inform key decisions regarding client outreach and targeting.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal internally with key partners and externally with clients
- Persuasive and articulate personality
- Demonstrated organizational & planning skills - with very strong time management
- Proven leadership and execution skills.
- Results focused
Ability to appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. You must demonstrate that you are able to build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
