JOB DESCRIPTION: The Executive, Client Engagement, is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and supporting the Client Engagement Team in sales order fulfilment, client communication, and administrative processes. This role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients, managing sales operations, and ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
1.Sales Operations & Client Engagement:
- New Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients to drive new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Utilize networking, prospecting, and CRM tools to generate and manage leads.
- Sales Pitching: Effectively communicate and present products and services to potential clients.
- Sales Order Processing: Manage end-to-end sales order processing and address client queries.
- Documentation Control: Ensure proper documentation for order fulfilment.
- Client Communication: Monitor, track, and advise clients on their application status and required documents.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Database Management: Maintain and analyze the Green Label database to support sales activities.
- Financial Coordination: Verify vendor invoices and collaborate with Finance on accounts receivable reporting.
- KPI Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators for service turnaround times.
2.Administration & Operations:
- Vendor Coordination: Manage administrative duties and coordinate with external vendors.
- Event Support: Provide support for company events such as SEAA and SGA.
3.Customer Service & General Support:
- Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries related to Sales, Eco-Office, and SGLS.
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional support as assigned by supervisors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Sales Experience: 3-5 years of proven B2B/B2C sales experience, particularly in acquiring new customers.
- Skills:
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Knowledge:
- Understanding of sales strategies and techniques for targeting new markets.
- Familiarity with the industry and competitive landscape.
