Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Client Engagement Executive to support project implementation and business development as we expand our healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client onboarding, coordinating project execution, engaging with clients, and conducting product demonstrations to showcase system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation & Client Onboarding


• Plan and manage software implementation projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client needs.


• Gather and document user requirements to support system configuration and enhancements.


• Collaborate with Business Analysts to develop functional specifications for the product.


• Support client onboarding, including system setup, data migration, and defining access matrix.


• Provide ongoing client engagement to address queries and ensure smooth adoption of solutions.

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement


• Track project milestones and update clients on progress, risks, and key developments.


• Facilitate communication between internal technical teams and clients to ensure alignment of project deliverables.


• Support user testing by coordinating test cases, gathering feedback, and documenting results.


• Maintain project documentation, including implementation plans, meeting notes, and issue logs.

Business Development & Product Demonstrations


• Conduct demos for prospects and clients, showcasing system capabilities based on relevant use cases.


• Assist in identifying business opportunities through client feedback and market insights.


• Follow up on billing and ensure timely invoicing for project milestones.


• Develop strong relationships with clients to foster long-term engagement and upselling opportunities.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, client engagement, or business development, preferably in healthcare or technology.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.


• Experience in user requirements gathering, documentation, and project tracking.


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Prior experience with healthcare software implementation and product demonstrations is a plus.
