**About Our Client**:
Global Fashion Brand.
- Collaborate closely with Retail Teams to deliver Client Centric strategies and actions plan in attaining a high level of Client Retention & Acquisition Rate.
- Support CE Manager in analysing past results to plan and strategies Client Engagement programmes and calendar while tracking annual budget.
- Assist in retention of existing VIPs & upgrade or increase the level of these clients with the brand.
- Support and work closely with Retail team in recruitment and cultivation of new clients
- Effective management of CE activation and/or initiatives:

- Management of branding and be responsible for liaising with retail team in executing In-Store OTO appointments
- To implement a systematic tracking of CE actions
- Work closely with marketing team in delivering client experiences/recognition activation/initiatives
- Work with Retail training team to deliver training on CE tools to retail team
- Stakeholders Management; Collaborate closely with Merchandising & Visual Merchandising, Retail & Training team in ensuring smooth execution of key client initiatives/projects

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related discipline
- 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury fashion, high end retail, hospitality, CRM industry.
- Attention to detail and good understanding and appreciation of luxury clienteling would be highly advantageous
- Able to present and communicate well with all levels of management, as well as clients of diverse backgrounds
- Resourceful, results oriented and a good team player
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines well
