We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Clinic Assistant. As a key member of our surgical specialist clinic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding front-line customer service to patients and deliver meticulous administrative support in our surgical specialist clinics.
- Assist doctors and patients in the clinic and consultation rooms, including chaperoning during consultations and organizing instructions for investigations or procedures.
- Manage registration, payment collection, appointment scheduling, financial counseling on procedures and services, trigger/process insurance claims, and maintain accurate records of clinic accounts.
- A dedicated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong passion for serving in healthcare.
- Polytechnic Diploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' or Higher.
- Good computer skills, excellent customer service skills, and good telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality, insurance, or service industries is advantageous.
