Patient Care Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, conducting assessments, and offering health education

- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as an Enrolled Nurse or equivalent qualification
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
