Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, administrative tasks, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with patients and healthcare professionals through phone calls, teleconsultations, and follow-up coordination.
  • Process payments for vendors, suppliers, and patient billing.
  • Assist the doctor in patient triage and treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in a management system.
  • Liaise with referring physicians and consulting specialists for seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Nursing or any discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters
  • Min 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
