- Support the management of referrals, service enquiries, and charges related to patients' care, maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant healthcare experience or equivalent qualifications, demonstrating expertise in patient care and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for efficient communication and record-keeping.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Bilingualism is considered an advantage, enabling effective communication with patients and families from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
- A good team player with attention to detail, able to work independently and under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
