Patient Care Professional

The Patient Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, handling various administrative tasks, and working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Responsibilities- Greet and register patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently and effectively
- Coordinate specialist consultations and referrals as needed
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional way
- Manage patient concerns and escalate when necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide high-quality customer service
- Work at the health monitoring station, taking patient vitals such as height, weight, and blood pressure
- Minimum GCE 'N' level qualification
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Healthcare experience advantageous but not compulsory
$2500 (fixed salary)
Multiple locations: Bedok, Marine Parade, Sengkang, Outram
