Patient Care Professional

As a seasoned professional in patient care, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to ward operations. Your primary goal is to ensure that the ward functions with optimal resources and provides high-quality, safe, and cost-efficient care to patients.
Key responsibilities include supervising nurses' clinical patient care activities and upholding professional standards and codes of ethics.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing with post-graduate qualifications in Gerontology / Orthopaedic / Neuroscience / Palliative Care / Community Nursing preferred.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in a hospital setting with 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience in ILTC setting is an advantage.
- Valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board.
- Valid BCLS certification.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional quality patient care skills, teaching abilities, appraisal skills, quality improvement knowledge, treatment expertise, healthcare experience, infection control capabilities, gerontology understanding, palliative care proficiency, nursing acumen, and rehabilitation skills.
